Full Body Slow Flow with Kate Bailey
This class is great for beginners and seasoned yogis looking to enhance their practice. With a heavy focus on anatomy and alignment, we will maintain a slow and controlled flow getting into each section of the body. This will invite a deeper sense of body awareness while gently toning target muscle groups. The poses and exercises will draw from a variety of yoga styles, creating an inclusive space with a little something for everyone.
